InvenSense^® Prices Initial Public Offering

SUNNYVALE, Calif., November 15, 2011 – InvenSense, Inc., (NYSE: INVN), the pioneer and a global market leader in intelligent motion processing solutions, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $7.50 per share. In addition, selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. InvenSense will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholders.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co., Robert W. Baird & Co.
